招金矿业(01818.HK)与关连公司收购及出售物业
招金矿业(01818.HK)公布,於11月30日公司与招金银楼开发签订收购买卖协议,同意以4.41亿元人民币(下同)收购招金大厦及相关资产,该等资产包括位於山东省招远市温泉路118号的招金大厦专案主楼房屋建筑物及其对应土地使用权,连同建筑物内低值易耗品。
同日公司与招金银楼签订出售买卖协议,同意以7,204万元出售招金矿业原办公楼及相关资产。
公告指,山东招金为公司的控股股东,而招金银楼分别由山东招金及招金精炼持有40%及60%股权,故为公司关连人士。
