中国生物制药(01177.HK)前三季度纯利下降18%至18.5亿元 每股派息2港仙
格隆汇11月30日丨中国生物制药(01177.HK)公布，截至2020年9月30日止9个月，公司收入约人民币181.26亿元，较去年同期下降约6.2%；归属于母公司持有者应占盈利约人民币18.5亿元，较去年同期下降约18.0%；每股基本盈利约人民币9.81分，季度股息每股2港仙。于本期间末，现金及银行结余约人民币161亿元。
归属于母公司持有者应占盈利及每股盈利按年下降，部份原因是由于公司于2020年2月发行7.5亿欧元于2025年到期的零息可转换债券的非现金公允价值亏损及实际利息费用的影响所致。撇除因收购北京泰德24%权益而产生的新增可识别无形资产摊销费用（扣除相关递延税项和非控制权益）、权益投资及金融资产的未实现公允价值亏损（净额）以及可转换债券嵌入衍生部份的公允价值亏损和可转换债券债务部份的实际利息费用的影响后，归属于母公司持有者应占基本盈利约人民币22.94亿元，较去年同期下降约11.7%。
期间新产品销售收入占集团总收入约36.7%；达到约人民币66.59亿元，较去年同期上升约66.9%；创新药销售额占集团总收入约25%，去年同期占比为约20%；抗肿瘤用药销售额约人民币57.9亿元，较去年同期上升约37.8%。
回顾期间内研发取得较好成绩：新收获生产批件11件，包括抗肿瘤氟维司群注射液、注射用盐酸伊达比星2个规格，糖尿病用药沙格列汀片、卡格列净片，心血管用药阿哌沙班片、利伐沙班片、替格瑞洛片（新增规格60mg），造影剂碘帕醇注射液，骨关节用药枸橼酸托法替布片，螺内酯片（100mg，新增规格）；化药一致性评价获批15件（含视同通过）：氟维司群注射液、沙格列汀片、卡格列净片、来那度胺胶囊2个规格、阿德福韦酯胶囊、卡培他滨片、碘帕醇注射液、阿哌沙班片、枸橼酸托法替布片、注射用盐酸伊达比星2个规格、利伐沙班片、瑞舒伐他汀钙片5mg、头孢呋辛酯片。新获得临床批件6件；完成临床试验新申报生产2件；新申报一致性评价6件。新获得发明专利授权31项，新申请发明专利119项。已累计有发明专利授权879项。
一直以来，集团十分重视研发，以结合自主创新、联合开发及创仿开发的研发理念，不断提升研发水平和速度，并视其为可持续发展的基础，加大研发的资金投入。截至2020年9月30日止9个月，研发总开支约人民币21亿元，占集团收入约11.6%，已计入损益表及资本化于财务状况表中。
公司表示，第三批带量采购中选品种的挂网采购和医保目录调整将会在最后一个季度落地实施，对中选品种的影响会进一步显现。加之各省陆续启动对标外品种的挂网采购，降价范围更广，更多缺乏创新产品的仿制药企业面临销售、利润甚至生存压力。更高的营销合规要求加快制药企业对多年形成的营销模式实施实质变革。国家对互联网医疗和药品的互联网销售给予更多的政策支援，集团多家成员企业已经提前布局并在疫情期间形成明显的增长点，未来集团会继续加大对互联网推广和营销的支持。集团亦针对国家带量采购政策带来的变化重新优化在研产品线，更加专注于对更能适应未来营销环境重点创新品种的研发投入。
