仲量聯行:10月整體商廈租金按月跌1% 中環空置率升至6.9%
仲量聯行最新報告指出,香港各主要商業區甲級寫字樓市場租金輕微下滑,10月整體市場租金按月下跌1%。
由於上月本港疫情相對受控,上月寫字樓租金跌幅較過去數個季度有所收窄。中環、灣仔/鑼灣及尖沙咀等核心商業區的寫字樓租金跌幅較港島東及九龍東等非核心市場大。
由於經濟持續放緩,部分租戶關閉香港辦公室或縮減其規模,令10月整體甲級寫字樓市場錄得負30.86萬平方呎淨吸納量。中環空置率升至6.9%。
