《大行报告》花旗上调渣打(02888.HK)目标价至60.1元 估计明年复派息及获重估
花旗发表报告表示,重申对渣打(02888.HK)「买入」投资评级,上调对其港股目标价由54港元升至60.1港元,因对其估值预测进行延伸,及考虑到其2022年至2024年股本回报率表现。该行亦调高渣打伦敦目标价由5.4英镑升至5.8英镑,估计其明年可复派息及获重估。
该行指,渣打现估值仅预测市账率0.5倍,料其估值可进一步正化,公司管理层指监管机构批准,冀能对投资者恢复派息或进行股份回购,指目前资本水平强劲。花旗估计渣打於2020年至2022年每股派息各12.1美仙、27.7美仙及37美仙。
花旗表示,渣打管理层对资产质素审慎前景乐观。
