新華匯富金融(00188.HK):預計股份合併11月26日生效
格隆匯 11 月 24日丨新華匯富金融(00188.HK)發佈公告,份合併的所有先決條件已獲達成及股份合併預期於2020年11月26日(星期四)生效。合併股份將於2020年11月26日(星期四)上午9時正開始買賣。
於最後實際可行日期至該公告日期止,根據2010年購股權計劃,公司並無尚未行使的購股權。因此,就2010年購股權計劃而言,將不會作出任何調整。待股份合併生效,於聯交所買賣股份每手買賣單位由10000股現有股份更改為5000股合併股份。
