四環醫藥（0460.HK）路演紀要：一體化全球領先創新藥企，軒竹生物或為新爆發點
2020年11月17日，由格隆匯主辦的全球投資嘉年華·2020在成都隆重舉行。眾多優質公司高管與投資者面對面零距離交流。其中，來自四環醫藥（0460.HK）的公司代表也參與了路演環節，對四環醫藥旗下的創新藥研發平台軒竹生物科技有限公司（以下簡稱“軒竹生物”）的發展歷史、技術實力、研發團隊，以及自身優勢進行了詳細的闡述和説明。以下是本次路演的紀要：
軒竹生物發展史上的兩大里程碑
四環醫藥於2012年實現對軒竹生物的全資控股，2018年軒竹生物進行分拆獨立，註冊以來投入資金11.5億元，目的是使其具備獨立融資能力，以持續加強研發投入，並不斷鞏固及提升其在行業內的地位。在今年八月，軒竹生物完成首輪八億人民幣的融資，投資方來自於國投招商，目前軒竹生物正在探討登陸資本市場的路徑。
國投招商投資管理有限公司作為一家專業私募股權管理機構，團隊累計管理資產規模超過1,000億元人民幣，具備極強的實力。其管理團隊長期專注先進製造產業的投資，重視技術創新、優秀企業家及團隊的價值，重點投資生命科學及智能製造等領域，擁有豐富的投資經驗，其行業和政府資源能夠很好和軒竹生物形成協同。

2020年8月25日，軒竹海南公司遷址石家莊，更名為軒竹生物科技有限公司，併成為石家莊市戰略性新興產業重點合作項目企業。這對加快推進軒竹臨牀項目的研發及生產基地項目的開工建設，早日投產達效有較大積極作用。擁有完整的創新藥自主創新研發體系，具備完整自主知識產權，受全球知識產權保護並具有對外授權機會，是軒竹生物作為一家國際化領先的創新藥自主研發及生產企業與港股及科創板其他醫藥企業最大的區別。
完整一體化、全球領先的創新藥公司
從組織架構上來看，軒竹生物分為山東軒竹和北京軒竹。山東軒竹位於濟南，擁有180人的開發團隊，其中有80多名博士、碩士及海歸人士，本科以上人員佔比約80%。而北京軒竹在北京朝陽區，現有員工170多人，其中有50多名博士、碩士及海歸人士，本科以上人員佔比88%。從各個部門的劃分也可以清晰看到公司從開發到上市全流程的體系，以及體系之下的人才隊伍建設。

目前，軒竹生物不僅跟國內頂尖的公司合作，還在石家莊籌建自己的基地。起源於四環醫藥的軒竹生物，未來可以借力於母公司四環醫藥強大的銷售能力與網絡覆蓋，這是軒竹生物區別於其他創新藥研發企業的一大優勢。國內其他創新藥研發企業想要實現產品商業化，往往需要重新建立銷售團隊開拓市場，而軒竹生物擁有非常好的基礎，具備先天優勢。
軒竹生物現在申請的專利數量已經超過了600項，這源於公司長時間紮根中國市場的深厚積累。未來，軒竹生物有望成為新的爆發點。

軒竹醫藥的產品管線方面，涵蓋乳腺癌、非小細胞肺癌、實體瘤、代謝病、抗感染及其它領域，其中多項已進入臨牀後期階段。腫瘤產品吡羅西尼，作為一種針對晚期乳腺癌的CDK4/6抑制劑，現處於Ⅱ期臨牀試驗，如果符合相關要求可以直接跳過Ⅲ期臨牀直接申報上市。
抗感染及其它領域的安納拉唑鈉、Plazomicin已經進入臨牀Ⅲ期，百納培南及復達那非也已進入臨牀Ⅱ期。未來五年內公司預期擁有五個品種的產品獲批上市，造福中國更多患者。
