医思医疗(02138.HK)获基金注资 涉资逾6.1亿元
香港医思医疗集团(02138.HK)公布,与高盛、奥博资本及基汇资本订立协议,公司将分别向上述公司发行本金总额为2.34亿元、3,120万元及3,900万元的可换股债券:同时向高盛及奥博资本发行金额为2.73亿元及3,640万元的认股权证,合共集资约6.136亿元。
根据协议,发行可换股债券及认股权证的所得款项净额约为6.117亿元,拟用作集团之一般企业用途。如充分行使可换股债券及认股权证,高盛、奥博资本及基汇资本在医思医疗的股权将分别占经扩大後股本约7.46%、6.57%及0.65%。公司将举行股东特别大会,以批准认股权证、配发及发行转换股份及认股权证股份,且授出特别授权。
