北控水務集團(00371.HK)擬成立合營 建設湖南臨湘水環境綜合治理工程PPP項目
格隆匯 11 月 17日丨北控水務集團(00371.HK)公告，於2020年11月17日，長江生態環保、臨湘保障性安居工程、中交第二航、長沙三峽北控(為公司的非全資附屬公司)、長江勘測及長江三峽綠洲就有關成立合營公司簽訂合資協議，目的為於中國湖南省臨湘市水環境綜合治理工程PPP項目的投融資、建設、運營、管理、維護和移交。
根據合資協議，合營公司的註冊資本為人民幣1.78億元。於成立後，合營公司將為以指定按公允值入賬並於其他全面收入中處理股本投資。
長江生態環保為一間於中國註冊成立的有限公司及為三峽集團的全資附屬公司。長江生態環保最終實益擁有人為中國國務院國有資產監督管理委員會。其主要從事依託長江經濟帶建設，負責與生態、環保、節能、清潔能源相關的規劃、設計、投資、建設、運營、技術研發、產品和服務等，依法經營相應的國有資產公司。
長江勘測為一間於中國註冊成立的有限公司，其為由三峽集團持有40%權益及由長江勘測規劃設計研究院持有60%權益。而長江勘測規劃設計研究院的最終實益擁有人為中國水利部。長江勘測主要從事建築工程的勘察、設計、諮詢、總承包、監理及投資。
長江三峽綠洲為一間於中國註冊成立的有限公司，其為由長江生態環保持有50%權益及由長江三峽設備物資有限公司持有50%權益。而長江生態環保及長江三峽設備物資有限公司均為三峽集團的全資附屬公司。長江三峽綠洲最終實益擁有人為中國國務院國有資產監督管理委員會。
長江三峽綠洲主要從事環保、節能、新能源設備、材料、自動化控制系統設備、給排水設備、水處理設備的研究、設計、開發、生產、銷售及其安裝及環保設施項目的投資、設計、諮詢、技術服務、建設、運營。
集團作為中國最大的水務公司，充分運用集團的專業能力，積極參與到長江大保護。PPP項目進一步加強與三峽集團項目層面的合作，進一步推行輕資產轉型。
