港股收評：恆指漲0.86%，在線教育、有色金屬領漲
11月16日，港股各大指數迎來上漲，恆生指數漲0.86%，報26381.67點。恆生科技指數大漲1.71%，報8075.83點，恆生國企指數漲0.32%，報10578.94點。大市成交1453.02億。南下資金淨流入21.65億元。
盤面上，有色金屬板塊全線爆發，五礦資源漲大漲超11%，江西銅業漲近9%；體育用品股、啤酒股明顯強勢，安踏收漲6.4%，盤中再創新高，市值逼近3000億港元。SaaS概念股、博彩股、航空股、港口航運股普遍上漲。恆生科技股多數上揚，新東方在線尾盤異動拉昇，大幅收漲11%，京東漲5.6%，美團，小米漲4%，騰訊、阿里小幅收跌。
電信股繼續弱勢，教育股、內房股、汽車股普跌。今日南下資金淨流入33.07億港元。
具體來看，黃金貴金屬大漲，灣區黃金、紫金礦業大漲超9%，港銀控股、中國白銀集團、招金礦業紛紛跟漲。
高盛分析師仍對2021年黃金前景保持樂觀。高盛在上週五發布的一份報告中表示，它將維持2021年金價2300美元/盎司的目標，因為全球經濟在兩方面取得了平衡：一方面是新冠肺炎病毒可能產生疫苗的好消息，另一方面是近期經濟面臨進一步破壞的風險。
有色金屬爆發，五礦資源、江西銅業、中國大冶有色金屬大漲超6%，其餘個股紛紛跟漲。
東吳證券表示，銅價上漲，銅板帶貿易活躍度有所提升，訂單表現良好。銅管市場訂單量尚可，企業產能利用率有所提升。
在線教育表現強勢，新東方在線大漲超10%，報30.10港元，總市值在282.95億港元。
國信證券認為，民促法實施條例落地，對民辦教育行業明確定位、理清發展頭緒、確定後續執行細則，均具有重要的指導作用。相關政策落地有利於消除壓制板塊估值的不確定性擔憂，對板塊的長期良性發展具有積極意義。
SaaS概念股上漲，阜博集團漲超10%，中國有贊、金蝶國際、金山軟件等個股漲超4%。
電信股繼續弱勢，中國電信、中國通信服務、中國移動跌幅均超3%。
港股通方面。偉祿集團、五礦資源、新東方在線漲幅居前，中國海外發展、北京汽車、華晨汽車跌幅居前。

南下資金方面，累計淨流入21.65億元，滬股通淨流入8.28億，深股通淨流入13.37億元。

銀河證券認為：外圍局勢逐漸明朗，新冠疫苗研發進展順利，對疫情的擔憂情緒好轉，風險偏好提升，基本面修復可期，也暫不必擔心寬鬆政策退出的風險。港股的邊際改善動能及增長空間較優
