九毛九(09922.HK)遭大股东及主要股东折让7%减持,该股今天一举失守10天、20天及50天线(17.55-18元),最低见16.74元,现造17.12元,挫5.7%,成交受市前三宗合共3,650万股非自动对盘上板推动急增至5,938万股,涉资10.11亿元。
九毛九公布,公司大股东GYH BVI及主要股东MT BVI拟以每股16.88元(较昨天收市价折让7%)合共出售3,650万股,套现6.16亿元。完成後,两者持股将分别降至约40.66%及4.31%。
