合生创展集团(00754.HK)公布,今年首十个月,总合约销售金额为约254.87亿元人民币(下同),按年上升31.1%。其中,物业合约销售按年上升27.7%至243.61亿元;装修合约销售按年升209.3%至11.26亿元。
期内,物业合约销售面积为约136.35万平方米;平均售价为每平方米17,866元,按年上升29%。
在10月份,单月净总合约销售为34.71亿元。其中,物业合约销售约32.11亿元;装修合约销售约2.6亿元。
