Nikola上季亏损较预期少 获通用汽车入股一事仍在谈判中
电动货车制造商Nikola(NKLA.US)第三季剔除特殊项目後每股亏损0.16美元,分析师原预期会亏损0.20美元。在业绩公布後,Nikola股价於盘後升2.25%。
Nikola表示,与通用汽车(GM.US)的交易尚未完成,双方会继续谈判。
Nikola於9月宣布获通用汽车入股,换取相当於20亿美元的Nikola股权11%,Nikola将利用资金建造Badger电动货车。不过其後Nikola被沽空机构狙击,通用汽车上周表示,如果未能在12月3日之前与Nikola达成交易,任何一方都可以终止交易。
