郭家耀: 外围强劲港股料上试26,500 传统板块有望收窄估值差距
正荣金融业务部副总裁郭家耀称，美股周一(9日)个别发展，疫苗研发有突破性进展，市场憧憬经济复苏步伐加快，大市显着高开，资金由新经济股转投传统类股份。科技股明显回吐，纳指逆市向下，道指及标普500指数则录得显着升幅。美元反覆偏软，美国十年期债息回升至0.92厘水平，市场风险胃纳上升，金价显着受压，油价则受经济重启憧憬刺激，表现大幅向好。港股预托证券显着向好，预料大市早段跟随外围高开。
内地股市走势向上，沪综指高开高走，收市上升1.8%，沪深两市成交额突破万亿元水平。
港股连日上升，指数突破26,000点水平，成交亦有所增加。外围走势强劲，肺炎疫苗取得进展，有助环球经济前景预期，传统类股份有望收窄估值差距。预料指数可挑战26,500点水平，下方支持在25,500点附近。
另乐游科技(01089.HK)主要从事PC和主机端视频游戏开发及发行，在全球拥有及投资於多个国际知名的游戏开发工作室。公司於8月底获腾讯(00700.HK)提出私有化，每股作价3.3219元。交易完成後，乐游将撤销上市地位。是次要约价格接近公司股价两年高位，亦较公告前的收市价出现三成溢价，作价算是吸引。上半年业务受疫情影响，乐游的业务运作也因海外工作室关闭而受到冲击，导致上半年产品收入较去年同期出现下降。其中一款研发中产品暂停开发，受研发成本确认为减值影响，拖累毛利减少至4,280万美元，导致公司录得578.8万美元亏损。
旗舰产品《Warframe》面对市场激烈竞争，加上与Wegame平台协商新的合作安排，亦令公司收入受到影响。公司主力开发顶级质量网游，需要投入大量时间及资源，故一般回报需时。此外，游戏行业十分依赖创意人才，公司需持续投入人力资源投资，员工成本有持续上升压力。由於多国的疫情未见稳定，开发进度短期内难以恢复正常，业务增长前景亦存在不确定性。今次私有化正好为股东提供以一个较佳价格退出的机会，值得考虑支持。
