輝煌明天(01351.HK)公開發售獲31.32倍認購 上限定價1.1港元/股
格隆匯 11 月 10日丨輝煌明天(01351.HK)發佈公告，公司發售1.25億股股份，其中公開發售股份3750萬股，配售股份8750萬股，另有15%超額配股權；最終發售價釐定為每股發售股份1.1港元，每手買賣單位2000股；大有融資為獨家保薦人，預期股份將於2020年11月11日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
公開發售項下初步提呈發售的公開發售股份獲大幅超額認購。公司接獲合共18,481份有效申請，認購合共約3.92億股發售股份，相當於公開發售項下初步可供認購公開發售股份總數的約31.32倍。配售項下初步提呈發售的配售股份僅獲足額認購，約佔配售項下初步可供認購配售股份總數的1.03倍。
根據基石投資協議，各基石投資者同意按發售價認購以合共約3860萬港元可購買的發售股份。各基石投資者(即Fun-Platform Holdings Limited及興長國際有限公司)已按最終發售價每股發售股份1.1港元分別認購2107.6萬股及1409.8萬股發售股份，分別相當於公司經擴大股本的約4.22%及2.82%，以及股份發售項下發售股份總數的約16.86%及11.28%(假設超額配股權未獲行使)；及公司經擴大股本分別約4.06%及2.72%，以及股份發售項下發售股份總數分別約14.66%及9.81%(假設超額配股權獲悉數行使)。
根據發售價1.1港元及公司提呈發售的1.25億股股份(任何超額配股權獲行使之前)，公司將收取的股份發售所得款項淨額估計約為8600萬港元。公司擬將該等所得款項淨額約64.9%用於接受更多於媒體發佈商E、媒體發佈商F及媒體發佈商C投放廣告的客户廣告訂單，藉此擴展集團的中介服務，具體而言，其中約40%、30%及30%將分別用於未來增加與媒體發佈商E、媒體發佈商F及媒體發佈商C的交易額；約21.3%將用於為擴展集團的營銷、客户服務及設計團隊提供資金；約10.5%將用於提升集團的信息技術及數據管理平台系統；及約3.3%將用於集團的一般營運資金。
