萬國數據-SW(09698.HK)悉數行使超額配股權
格隆匯 11 月 6日丨萬國數據-SW(09698.HK)公告,聯席代表(為其身及代表國際承銷商)已於2020年11月6日悉數行使超額配股權,涉及合共2400萬股超額配發股份,佔全球發售項下初步可供認購發售股份(行使任何超額配股權前)的15%,以補足國際發售中的超額分配。
公司將按每股股份80.88港元(不包括1.0%經紀佣金、0.0027%香港證監會交易徵費及0.005%聯交所交易費)(即國際發售價)發行及配發超額配發股份。
聯交所上市委員會已批准超額配發股份上市及買賣。超額配發股份預期於2020年11月12日上午九時正開始在聯交所主板買賣。
