人行:蚂蚁集团暂缓上市是依法依规做出决定
《路透》报道,人民银行副行长刘国强在国新办吹风会上表示,蚂蚁集团暂缓上市的决定,是基於切实维护金融消费者和投资者利益的综合考虑,基於维护资本市场长期稳定健康发展、依法依规做出的决定。
他指,依法依规四个字既适用於所有的被监管机构,也适用於所有的监管部门。而下一步人行将按照规范发展与鼓励创新并重的思路,继续依法依规开展金融监管工作,引导金融创新回归服务实体经济的本源,坚守不发生系统性金融风险的底线,使金融与实体经济良性循环、健康发展。(ek/a)
