太古地产(01972.HK):首九月本港商厦租用率跌3个百分点 零售物业销售跌20%至38%
太古地产(01972.HK)公布,截至9月底香港整体办公楼租用率录96%,较去年底跌3个百分点。其中太古广场为94%,跌4个百分点,太古坊维持99%、港岛东中心及太古坊一座维持100%。
租金方面,太古广场一座/二座每方尺为115至130元,三座为100元,首九个月升2%,太古坊为40中位至50中位,首九个月升12%;港岛东中心及太古坊一座为50中位至70低位,首九个月升11%。
零售物业方面,首九个月太古广场购物商场零售销售额录38.4%跌幅,太古城中心跌20.1%,东荟城名店仓跌20.8%。
内地办公室方面,首九个月亦见2%至6%的租用率跌幅,零售物业零售销售额升跌不一,录介乎负32.1%至正27.3%的变动。
