北控水務集團(00371.HK)擬成立合營以投建重慶江津水環境綜合治理項目
格隆匯 11 月 5日丨北控水務集團(00371.HK)宣佈，於2020年11月5日，長江環保上游、中建三局、中鐵十一局、重慶濱江新城、中華水電、長江勘測、長沙三峽北控(為公司的非全資附屬公司)、長江三峽綠洲就有關成立合營公司簽訂合資協議，目的為於中國重慶市江津區投資、建設、運營、管理和維護水環境綜合治理PPP項目。
根據合資協議，合營公司的註冊資本為人民幣1億元。長沙三峽北控將以現金注資人民幣100萬元，佔合營公司註冊資本的1%。其他合資協議訂約方分別為長江環保上游、中建三局、中鐵十一局、重慶濱江新城、中華水電、長江勘測、長江三峽綠洲、將各自以現金注入人民幣7790萬元，人民幣800萬元，人民幣600萬元，人民幣500萬元，人民幣100萬元，人民幣100萬元及人民幣10萬元，分別佔合營公司註冊資本的77.9%，8%，6%，5%，1%，1%及0.1%。於成立後，合營公司將為以指定按公允值入賬並於其他全面收入中處理之股本投資。
集團作為中國最大的水務公司，積極參與到長江大保護。此次成立合營公司是集團與三峽集團首次以共同成立的雙平台公司參與合營公司以承接長江大保護項目，標誌着集團通過"雙平台模式"參與長江大保護邁出堅實一步。未來，集團將進一步加強與三峽集團項目層面的合作，充分發揮專業的運營能力，進一步推行輕資產轉型。
