港股異動丨利亞零售(0831.HK)大幅高開近15% 擬27.90億港元出售便利店業務 派每股特別息3.85元
格隆匯11月5日丨利亞零售(0831.HK)大幅高開近15%,報4.7港元,總市值36億港元。

利亞零售公佈,計劃向加拿大多倫多證券交易所上市的便利店營運商ACT(Alimentation Couche-Tard ),出售集團旗下便利店業務(即是OK便利店),現金代價為27.9億港元。
公司指,目標集團的營運資金約為負5.1億港元,預期將錄得出售事項之收益約29億港元,擬動用全部出售事項所得款項淨額派付特別現金股息,每股股份3.85港元。
