小米(01810.HK)雷軍:明年將增聘5,000名工程師 涉十個重點領域
小米集團(01810.HK)董事長兼首席執行官雷軍在小米開發者大會上表示,公司要逐步加大研發投入,努力實現重點關鍵技術領域的突破,而人才是創新之源。他透露,今年公司有2,252人入職,其中研究生以上學歷達1,470人,目前研發團隊逾10,000人。
他又指,公司將會在明年增聘5,000名工程師,涉及十個重點領域,包括相機影像技術、屏幕顯示技術、快速充電/無線充電技術,以及5G、6G通訊標準技術等。
