《新股消息》融信服務遞交上市申請
融信中國(03301.HK)大股東旗下的物業管理服務商融信服務,向聯交所遞交上市申請,由海通國際擔任獨家保薦人。
初步招股資料顯示,截至2020年6月30日,融信服務有100個在管項目,以及81個已簽約未交付項目,在管總建築面積約1,700萬平方米,總簽約建築面積約3,430萬平方米。今年上半年公司擁有人應佔全面收入總額按年升近69%至3,836.3萬元人民幣。
期內來自融信中國的項目物管服務收入達1.11億元人民幣,佔期內收入67.3%,佔比較2019年同期的74%下降。
