國藝娛樂(08228.HK)發新股支付財務顧問費用
國藝娛樂(08228.HK)公布,早前上市科指潛在要約為國藝的一項反收購,倘進行潛在要約國藝將被視為新上市申請人,國藝董事會已提出覆核,並委任禹銘擔任有關覆核的財務顧問,財務顧問費用為200萬元,將以按發行價每股國藝股份0.121元向禹銘發行新國藝股份的方式支付。
公司將向禹銘合共發行1,652.89萬股國藝股份,而至公告日禹銘擁有5,405.4萬股國藝股份,並為潛在要約的財務顧問費用。(el/w) ~
