京信通信(02342.HK)澄清：从未授权任何一家公司为集团在中国内地的平台流动资金管理公司
格隆汇 10 月 21日丨京信通信(02342.HK)公布，集团关注到，近日有不法分子冒用"Comba"品牌和集团及京信通信系统(中国)有限公司(以下简称"京信中国"，公司的附属公司)名义(以"Comba京信5G"为名的仿冒应用程式(以下简称"仿冒流动应用程式"))进行融资认筹等诈骗非法行为，声称京信中国授权某三家北京公司为其在中国内地的平台流动资金管理公司，并发布于2020年11月20日至11月21日在广州富力丽思卡尔顿酒店召开京信5G招商会议的虚假公告。
为避免误导投资者和公司股东，公司现针对上述不实媒体消息澄清和郑重声明如下：
1.不法分子以集团名义制作仿冒流动应用程式，并发布到流动应用程式平台，而该平台与集团不存在任何关系。
2.截至公告发出之日止，集团旗下任何一家公司(包括但不限于京信中国)没有实施任何融资认筹专案或线上招商活动。2020年11月20日至11月21日于广州富力丽思卡尔顿酒店召开的所谓京信5G招商会议，这是一个虚假讯息，集团没有举办该会议，而该会议与集团(包括但不限于京信中国)，以及公司董事及高管并没有任何关系。
3.集团及╱或京信中国从未授权任何一家公司为集团在中国内地的平台流动资金管理公司。
4.集团官方网址为：http://www.comba.com.cn和http://www.comba-telecom.com。集团相关活动和资讯均以上述官方网站公布为准。
公司严厉谴责该行为，并保留一切法律权利。
