格隆匯 10 月 19日丨中國再生醫學(08158.HK)宣佈,認購及清償協議的所有先決條件已達成,並已於2020年10月19日完成認購事項。根據認購及清償協議,已按每股認購股份0.20港元的認購價成功分配、發行合共2.30億股認購股份予服務供應商A、服務供應商B及服務供應商C。
