中遠海能(01138.HK):中髮香港下屬擬申請船舶融資貸款約1.06億美元
格隆匯 10 月 15日丨中遠海能(01138.HK)發佈公告,公司事會會議審議並通過《關於申請2艘油輪船舶抵押貸款的議案》。經審議,公司董事會批准全資子公司中海發展(香港)航運有限公司(以下簡稱:“中髮香港”)下屬的兩家單船公司各自以於2017年12月在大連中遠川崎船舶工程有限公司下單訂造的VLCC船舶(合計2艘VLCC船舶)為抵押,向中國進出口銀行申請船舶融資,貸款總額約1.06億美元。
