陈茂波:疫情持续经济复苏无从谈起 本地需建迅速应变机制
财政司司长陈茂波发表网志,指近期新型肺炎疫情「一放松就反弹,一反弹就收紧」的恶性循环不理想,因长此下去真正的经济复苏便无从谈起。他指,近大半年来市民及企业正承受着沉重的压力,问题必须有解决的出路。
他指,本地需要建立一套可迅速处理突然出现群组爆发的应变机制,当中包括提供大规模及彻底的检测,以及风险辨识标签。
