摩根士丹利发表报告表示,新意网(01686.HK)2020财年业绩表现强劲,更预期业务有多个正面因素带动,而其将军澳数据中心项目之容量高於该行预期50%。该行相信,在香港缺乏高质量供应的情况下,定价能力保持稳定,同时强劲需求将推动其EBITDA的快速增长,因此将其目标价由6.6元升至7.7元,维持「增持」评级。
