中集集团(02039.HK)溢价逾20%私有化中集天达(00445.HK)
中集集团(02039.HK)公布,於9月28日交易时段後,联席要约人(Sharp Vision为全资附属公司)要求中集天达(00445.HK)董事会向中集天达计划股东及购股权持有人提呈建议,内容有关建议将中集天达私有化。
中集天达私有化每股作价拟0.266元,较收市价0.221元溢价20.36%。中集集团及其一致行动人士共持有中集天达77.49%股权,而其他股东持有22.51%股权,私有化最高现金代价为10.8亿元。
