格隆汇 9 月 30日丨一品红(300723.SZ)公布,公司第二届董事会第二十二次会议决议,审议通过《关于调减公司向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券募集资金总额的议案》。
根据相关法律法规及规范性文件的要求,为确保公司此次向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券的顺利进行,同时根据公司2020年第二次临时股东大会的授权,董事会同意将此次向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券募集资金总额由“不超过5.3亿元(含本数)”调减为“不超过4.8亿元(含本数)”
