格隆匯 9 月 25日丨華邦金融(03638.HK)宣佈,於2020年9月25日,晶芯投資(公司的間接全資附屬公司,作為投資者)與中國納泉能源科技(作為發行人)、富強金融資本(作為獨家保薦人)、安信國際證券(作為聯席全球協調人之一)及富強證券(作為聯席全球協調人之一)訂立基石投資協議,據此,晶芯投資已同意按發售價認購投資者股份。晶芯投資根據基石投資協議應付的總認購價(不包括與投資者股份有關的經紀佣金及徵費)為1000萬港元。
