李泽楷旗下特殊目的收购公司美国上市冀筹5.75亿美元
据《彭博通讯社》报道,富豪蒂尔(Peter Thiel)及李泽楷已设立一家特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)Bridgetown,主要针对东南亚科技、金融服务及传媒行业,根据公司向美国证交会(SEC)提交的文件,公司为「空白支票公司」(Blank check company),成立目的是要透过收购、重组等方式整合业务,冀筹5.75亿美元。
Bridgetown是由由李泽楷旗下的盈科拓展及蒂尔私人投资公司Thiel Capital共同创立,并由董事长Matt Danzeisen及行政总裁兼首席财务官Daniel Wong负责领导。
今年以来已有109家SPAC公司透过在美国上市筹得逾400亿美元,较去年全年多出一半。
