格隆匯9月24日丨華晨中國(1114.HK)午後直線拉昇一度漲超8%,現報7.3港元,漲幅收窄至4.29%,暫成交9739萬港元,最新總市值368億港元。午間有媒體援引知情人士透露,遼寧省交通建設投資集團將牽頭對華晨中國的私有化計劃。有知情人士表示,該計劃最早可能在今年第四季度啟動。華晨中國母公司華晨汽車集團表示,並未收到任何有關該投資集團考慮牽頭私有化華晨中國的相關信息。華晨汽車集團、遼寧省交通建設投資集團均未立即迴應置評請求。
