《新股消息》華住集團(01179.HK)公開發售超購逾2倍 一手中籤率100%
華住集團(01179.HK)公布招股結果,以297元定價,香港公開發售部分超額認購2.39倍,國際發售超額認購5.6倍;每手50股,中籤率100%。該股將於明日(22日)上市。高盛、招銀國際為聯席保薦人。
公司預計集資淨額59.25億元,當中約40%將用於支持集團資本支出及開支,以加強酒店網絡包括新酒店開業以及現有酒店的升級及持續維護;約30%將用於償還循環信貸融資的一部分;約20%將用於增強集團技術平台;約10%將用於一般公司用途。
