首钢股份(000959.SZ):完成发行25亿元公司债券
格隆汇 9 月 17日丨首钢股份(000959.SZ)公布,根据发行公告,北京首钢股份有限公司2020年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)发行规模为不超过25亿元(含25亿元),期限为5年期,附第3年末发行人调整票面利率选择权及投资者回售选择权,发行价格为每张100元,采取网下面向专业投资者询价配售的方式发行。
本次债券发行时间自2020年9月16日至2020年9月17日,具体发行情况如下:本次债券实际发行数量为25亿元,票面利率为3.98%。
