螞蟻集團要求部分投行安排科技板塊分析師參與覆蓋研究
據外媒報道,螞蟻集團據悉近期與至少七家投行進行了溝通,希望安排科技行業分析師來覆蓋公司上市的研究及發佈報告。知情人士表示,螞蟻集團投資者關係部門與至少五家中國及兩家國際投行進行了口頭溝通,其中部分分析師認爲螞蟻的要求體現了其希望強調公司業務重心在科技業務,而非金融。分析師稱螞蟻更傾向於由科技分析師牽頭研究。
總體而言,各家機構對螞蟻的要求迴應不一。至少三家投行決定由科技分析師覆蓋螞蟻研究,另外一家則決定由科技和銀行分析師合作研究。知情人士稱,螞蟻並未說明不履行其要求會產生什麼後果。
