传通用汽车向长城汽车出售印度厂房交易遇阻
《路透社》引述消息人士报道,由於印度及中国之间的紧张关系,通用汽车将印度厂房出售予长城汽车(02333.HK)的交易有所延误,或导致通用汽车出现高昂的额外成本。
据悉,印度政府在批准与中国相关的交易上预计将花费相当长的时间,但通用汽车并没有改变下个月开始关闭厂房的计划。
通用汽车原先计划将出售厂房所得的2.5亿至3亿美元,用作偿还退出印度业务所产生的开支,但由於目前交易未能顺利进行,有可能会产生数百万美元的额外费用,同时亦要自行支付遣散费。
