强生称部分西班牙志愿者退出新冠疫苗测试 有足够後备补充
强生(JNJ.US)新冠疫苗测试西班牙地区负责人Alberto Borobia表示,部分志愿者在阿斯利康新冠疫苗测试出现副作用个案後退出参与,但仍有足够後备志愿者完成测试。
Borobia称,不少志愿者要求公司提供疫苗风险的更详细资料。强生的测试亦於德国及荷兰进行,连同西班牙三地共550人参与,当中西班牙占190人。强生目前的疫苗测试为第二阶段,料进行14至16个月,公司拟在第三阶段招揽约6万人进行测试。Borobia称,如果一些受疫苗注射人士体内产生相当多的抗体,即时第三阶段分析可以在第二阶段完结前进行。
阿斯利康的测试於本月6日暂停,英国一名志愿者出现严重副作用。测试已於英国及巴西恢复,但尚未在美国恢复。
