据外电报道,Walmart(WMT.US)表示继续有兴趣投资於TikTok,并继续与字节跳动领导层及其他有兴趣的参与者进行讨论,认为是重要渠道接触及服务全渠道客户,并扩展其第三方市场及广告业务,但公司亦重申所有交易均需符合监管及国家安全方面的因素。
Walmart原先夥微软(MSFT.US)寻求收购TikTok,而甲骨文(ORCL.US)在谈判中跑赢微软,并确认公司同意成为字节跳动在美国「可靠的技术提供者」,而建议的交易现时正被美国政府审视当中。
