石基信息(002153.SZ)：將為香港上海大酒店旗下半島酒店以SaaS服務的方式提供新一代雲架構的企業級酒店信息管理系統
格隆匯 9 月 13日丨石基信息(002153.SZ)公佈，鑑於公司目前正處於國際化及平台化的第四次轉型時期，公司全資子公司Shiji (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“石基新加坡”)於2020年9月13日與HSH Management Services Limited(香港上海大酒店管理服務有限公司)(“客户”)在中國香港簽訂《MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT》(“MSA”)，約定公司將為香港上海大酒店有限公司旗下半島酒店以SaaS服務的方式提供新一代雲架構的企業級酒店信息管理系統Shiji Enterprise Platform，其是一套替換現有酒店信息管理系統(PMS)和中央預訂系統(CRS)的新一代整體解決方案，包括酒店集團的核心業務管理系統以及相對應的軟硬件產品、支持、培訓、諮詢等服務。
香港上海大酒店管理服務有限公司為香港上海大酒店有限公司(“HSH集團”)旗下的半島酒店提供管理服務。HSH集團(港交所股票代碼：大酒店00045)主要業務為持有、發展並管理位於亞洲、美國及歐洲主要地點的豪華酒店、商用及住宅物業，並提供旅遊及休閒、會所管理及其他服務。HSH集團在香港、上海、北京、東京、紐約、芝加哥、洛杉磯、巴黎、曼谷和馬尼拉擁有並經營十間半島酒店，並正在推進業務拓展，分別在倫敦、伊斯坦布爾和仰光投資三個新的半島酒店發展項目。HSH集團旗下半島酒店為全球聞名的頂級奢華酒店品牌，並持續穩居業界領先地位。
2020年初，在新型冠狀病毒肺炎的影響下，公司所處的行業及公司現有酒店、餐飲、零售及旅遊等大消費行業的客户受到了重創，同時公司正處於國際化和平台化轉型的關鍵時期，公司與香港上海大酒店管理服務有限公司簽訂的MSA協議意味着公司新一代雲架構的企業級酒店信息系統Shiji Enterprise Platform通過了HSH集團下一代雲PMS的技術認證，同時也意味着公司自主研發的新一代酒店信息系統將在HSH集團徹底替換現有的PMS和CRS，將實現公司新一代酒店信息系統在國際知名酒店集團的落地。該協議的達成對公司至關重要，預示着公司在外部環境不利的壓力下，有步驟的依照計劃完成了公司既定目標。按協議所附時間表，北京王府半島酒店(王府飯店)將為第一個切換的酒店。半島酒店的成功有可能使其成為行業標杆客户，公司亦有可能借助標杆效應進一步推動及加快國際化的進程。雖然本協議的執行對公司業務發展具有積極影響，但該協議涉及的交易金額不會對公司本年度及未來年度經營業績、財務狀況產生重大影響。
