龙韵股份(603729.SH)拟向银行申请不超1.2亿元授信额度
格隆汇 9 月 11日丨龙韵股份(603729.SH)公布,公司召开第四届董事会第四十三次会议,审议通过公司《关于公司向银行申请授信额度的议案》。
会议同意公司拟向上海银行股份有限公司浦东分行申请不超过人民币1.2亿元的综合授信,授信期限为2年。按公司与银行所签订授信协议约定的授信期间计算。具体融资金额将视公司生产经营的实际需求确定,且授信额度最终以银行实际审批的金额为准。董事会授权公司管理层全权办理授信事宜。
