格隆匯9月11日丨均安控股(01559.HK)復牌暴漲逾61%,報0.25港元,股價創近半年來新高,總市值4億港元。均安控股昨日發佈公告,於2020年9月4日,賣方I Splendid Horizon Limited與要約人華冠集團有限公司訂立及完成買賣協議I,據此,要約人已收購合共2.2億股股份,相當於公司現有已發行股本約13.89%。銷售股份I的代價為4840萬港元,即每股銷售股份I為0.22港元。較9月4日收市價每股0.155港元溢價約41.94%。
