新股消息 | 遠洋集團擬分拆遠洋服務在主板上市,爲2020年中國物業服務百強企業第13強
uSMART友信智投9月7日消息,遠洋集團(3377.HK)發佈公告稱,公司建議分拆遠洋服務在聯交所主板獨立上市已獲得批準。待建議分拆及上市完成後,公司預期將擁有遠洋服務不少於50%權益,而遠洋服務將仍然爲公司的附屬公司。
同日,遠洋服務在港交所遞表,保薦人爲花旗、中金。
遠洋服務主要從事提供物業管理服務、非業主增值服務及小區增值服務。
遠洋服務總部位於北京,成員企業遠洋億家物業服務股份有限公司,是國家首批一級資質物業管理企業。其擁有豐富的中高端住宅、高端寫字樓及商業綜合體物業管理經驗,位列2020年中國物業服務百強企業第13強。
自1997年成立首家物業公司以來,遠洋億家歷經20餘年的發展,現已佈局中國54個城市,截至2020年6月底,遠洋服務的總合約建築面積爲6190萬平方米,在中國管理210個物業,總在管建築面積4230萬平方米。

①金科智慧服務
2020年中國物業服務百強企業第10名,2019年底在管面積1.2億平方米,合約面積2.5億平方米。近三年收入複合增速49.1%,淨利潤複合增速81.5%。保薦人:中信建投、華泰國際。
②世茂服務
2020年中國物業服務百強企業第12名,2019年底在管面積6820萬平方米,合約面積1億平方米。近三年收入複合增速55%,淨利潤複合增速88%。保薦人:摩根士丹利、中金。
