上海實業控股(00363.HK)擬實物分派中期息 每5股獲派1股上實城開股份
格隆匯 9 月 8日丨上海實業控股(00363.HK)公告,公司於2020年8月28日宣佈,董事會已建議就2020年度向於記錄日期名列公司股東名冊的股東(或合資格股東(倘為實物分派方式))派付(i)每股股份22港仙中期現金股息;及(ii)以實物分派集團持有的上實城開股份方式派發的中期特別股息,旨在回饋股東,讓股東可更直接地分享公司附屬公司上實城開的未來業務發展成果,以及藉此增加上實城開股份的市場流通量。每持有5股股份,獲派發1股上實城開股份。
