瑞信發表研報,首次給予綠城管理(09979.HK)「跑贏大市」評級,預計借助強大品牌溢價、在手項目眾多及交付記錄良好等優勢,可保持行業領先地位。
該行指出,綠城管理使用輕資產模式,現金狀況強勁,截至2020年6月淨現金達12億元人民幣,政府管理項目受週期性影響較少,運營更具防禦能力,雖然上半年純利按年下降15%,但相信下半年利潤將按年增長18%,估計2020至2022財年純利年複合增長率將加快至24%,予目標價3.8元。
