潤發貨倉及鴻基貨倉用地重建會於今日在城規會審理

規劃署不反對長沙灣荔康街、發祥街及深旺道潤發貨倉及嘉里鴻基貨倉用地重建住宅項目申請。而城規會於今日審理上述申請。

該地由新地(00016.HK)、嘉里(00683.HK)及華潤持有,並在去年9月向城規會遞交修訂方案,額外增加507伙或16%至3,647伙,及減少物業座數至7幢,總樓面逾191.3萬方呎,並會分兩個地盤發展,地盤1擬建1幢不多於42層高住宅大樓,而地盤2擬建6幢不多於45層高住宅大樓,兩地盤合共提供3,647伙。

發展商擬將荔發街關閉,發展為一條闊17米的園境行人通道,當中包括兩旁設置商店,以及於兩個地盤中間設計一條約7米闊、24小時開放予以公眾使用的通道。
