新地第3期「Wetland Seasons Park」官网启用 料即将上载楼书
新地(00016.HK)公布,旗下天水围新盘项目第3期「Wetland Seasons Park」的官方网页於昨日(9月1日)正式启用。市场估计,发展商快将上载楼书及公开出售详情。
第3期「Wetland Seasons Park」由4座10层高的低密度住宅大楼组成,合共提供318个住宅单位,当中标准分层单位占第3期整体单位约80%,共设有九种户型,余下为特色单位。当中,一房单位占约15%;两房单位占约51%;三房单位占34%。
