敘福樓(01978.HK)旗下天水圍中式酒樓不獲領展(00823.HK)續租
敘福樓(01978.HK)主席兼行政總裁黃傑龍在社交網站發文指,在上周二(25日)收到業主領展(00823.HK)通知,拒絕為旗下位於天水圍頌富商場的敘福樓(以及旁邊相連的MMC牛涮鍋)續約,該店將於9月14日正式結業。
他透露,雖然仍想營運該店,一直有盡力與業主商談租約,並答應每年加租,但對方仍作出此決定。他感激領展在疫情第一波及第二波時有減租,認為業主不續租有自己想法是合情合理,因此不會埋怨。
他指出,會嘗試安排同事到其他分店工作,但由於公司已幾乎全面退出中餐市場,相信最後不會有太多同事可以留下,會按照法定要求支付遣散費,而供應商的貨款都會還清。
