格隆匯 8 月 31日丨永恆策略(00764.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,實現收益8710.2萬港元,同比下降4.37%;公司擁有人應占虧損2.09億港元,同比擴大93.37%;基本每股虧損5.47港仙。
報告期內,收益減少主要由於集團的借貸業務產生的貸款利息收入減少。總收益當中,4430.5萬港元來自借貸、2902.8萬港元來自銷售珠寶產品、1247萬港元來自物業投資,以及129.9萬港元來自銷售金融資產。
