大埔馬窩路住宅地最高落選投標價較中標價僅低1.2%

地政總署早前曾公布,大埔馬窩路的大埔市地段第243號的用地,以37.05億元批予財榮有限公司(母公司:萬科置業(香港)有限公司及青建國際控股有限公司),每呎樓面地價4,738.5元。

現公布落選投標者的投標金額,在12個落選投標者中,投標金額最高為36.6億元,較中標價低出1.21%。其次是35.29億元及32.84億元。最低投標價為15.64億元。

據了解,截標當日有份投標的發展商包括長實集團(01113.HK) 、恆基地產(00012.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)、鷹君(00041.HK)、遠東發展(00035.HK)、建滔集團(00148.HK)、建灝地產、中洲置業等。另新世界發展(00017.HK)、華懋、帝國集團及嘉里建設(00683.HK) 以合資形式入標競投。
