大埔马窝路住宅地最高落选投标价较中标价仅低1.2%
地政总署早前曾公布,大埔马窝路的大埔市地段第243号的用地,以37.05亿元批予财荣有限公司(母公司:万科置业(香港)有限公司及青建国际控股有限公司),每尺楼面地价4,738.5元。
现公布落选投标者的投标金额,在12个落选投标者中,投标金额最高为36.6亿元,较中标价低出1.21%。其次是35.29亿元及32.84亿元。最低投标价为15.64亿元。
据了解,截标当日有份投标的发展商包括长实集团(01113.HK) 、恒基地产(00012.HK)、嘉华国际(00173.HK)、鹰君(00041.HK)、远东发展(00035.HK)、建滔集团(00148.HK)、建灏地产、中洲置业等。另新世界发展(00017.HK)、华懋、帝国集团及嘉里建设(00683.HK) 以合资形式入标竞投。
